考察复方蒲公英注射液解热镇痛抗炎效果。解热试验取健康家兔10只,随机分为2组,每只兔背部皮下注射2,4-二硝基苯酚2%水溶液30 mg/kg,待体温升高超过1℃,分别按0.5 mL/kg腹腔注射生理盐水和复方蒲公英注射液,给药后30、60、90、120 min分别测量直肠温度;镇痛试验取昆明系小白鼠50只,随机均分为5组,分别为生理盐水组(0.05mL)、阿司匹林组(4%阿司匹林溶液0.05 mL)、复方蒲公英注射液低(0.05 mL)、中(0.1 mL)、高剂量组(0.2 mL)。连续经口给药3 d,于末次给药30 min后,每只小白鼠腹腔注射0.6%冰醋酸(0.1 mL/10 g),记录注射致痛剂后20 min内各鼠的扭体次数;抗炎试验取昆明系小白鼠50只,随机分为5组,分别为生理盐水对照组(0.05 mL/10 g)、双黄连组(0.05 mL/10 g)、复方蒲公英低(0.05 mL/10 g)、中(0.1 mL/10 g)、高(0.2 mL/10 g)剂量组。连续腹腔注射给药5 d,在第5天注射后12 h,在小鼠右耳两侧均匀涂以二甲苯0.05 mL,左耳作为对照,2 h后处死,用直径0.5 cm打孔器取其左右耳片,称重,评价药物对二甲苯刺激耳廓的抗炎效果。结果提示,复方蒲公英注射液具有较好的解热抗炎作用,而无明显镇痛作用。

고찰복방포공영주사액해열진통항염효과。해열시험취건강가토10지,수궤분위2조,매지토배부피하주사2,4-이초기분분2%수용액30 mg/kg,대체온승고초과1℃,분별안0.5 mL/kg복강주사생리염수화복방포공영주사액,급약후30、60、90、120 min분별측량직장온도;진통시험취곤명계소백서50지,수궤균분위5조,분별위생리염수조(0.05mL)、아사필림조(4%아사필림용액0.05 mL)、복방포공영주사액저(0.05 mL)、중(0.1 mL)、고제량조(0.2 mL)。련속경구급약3 d,우말차급약30 min후,매지소백서복강주사0.6%빙작산(0.1 mL/10 g),기록주사치통제후20 min내각서적뉴체차수;항염시험취곤명계소백서50지,수궤분위5조,분별위생리염수대조조(0.05 mL/10 g)、쌍황련조(0.05 mL/10 g)、복방포공영저(0.05 mL/10 g)、중(0.1 mL/10 g)、고(0.2 mL/10 g)제량조。련속복강주사급약5 d,재제5천주사후12 h,재소서우이량측균균도이이갑분0.05 mL,좌이작위대조,2 h후처사,용직경0.5 cm타공기취기좌우이편,칭중,평개약물대이갑분자격이곽적항염효과。결과제시,복방포공영주사액구유교호적해열항염작용,이무명현진통작용。
In antipyretic test,10 healthy rabbits were randomly devided into 2 groups.Each rabbit was subcutaneously injected with 2% of 2,4-dinitrophenol at a dose of 30 mg/kg in back.When the raised temperature was over 1 ℃,each group was intraperitoneally injected with compound dandelion injection and saline at 0.5 mL/kg respectively.Then the rectal temperature was measured after 30,60,90 and 120 mins.In analgesic test,50 Kunming mice were randomly devided into 5 groups.Each group was orally given saline(0.05 mL/10 g),4% of aspirin(0.05 mL/10 g),low dosage of compound dandelion injection(0.05 mL/10 g),middle dosage of compound dandelion injection(0.1 mL/10 g) and high dosage of compound dandelion injection(0.2 mL/10 g) for continuous 3 days.30 mins after the last administration,each mice was intraperitoneally injected with 0.6% of glacial acetic acid at 0.1 mL/10 g.Then the writhing times of each animal was measured during 20 mins.In the anti-inflammatory test,50 Kunming mice were randomly devided into 5 groups.Each group was intraperitoneally injected with saline(0.05 mL/10 g),6% of Shuanghuanglian injection(0.05 mL/10 g),low dosage of compound dandelion injection(0.05 mL/10 g),middle dosage of compound dandelion injection(0.1 mL/10 g) and high dosage of compound dandelion injection(0.2 mL/10 g) for continuous 5 days.12 hours after the last administration,the right ear of each animal was embrocated with dimethylbenzene at 0.05 mL/10 g and the left ear was as control.Then the ear samples with a diameter of 0.5 cm were collected with puncher and weighted.The results indicate that compound dandelion injection has potent antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activity,but has little analgesic effect.
