以竹叶为原料,采用超声波辅助提取茶多酚,通过单因素实验和正交试验优化提取条件。结果表明,从竹叶中提取茶多酚的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度60%、料液比1:10、温度65℃、提取时间30min、超声波功率320W,此条件下茶多酚得率为1.78%。

Tea poiyphenols from the Leaves of Bamboo were extracted by the aid of ultrasonic wave and the extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments in this study.
