The development of rhetoric in Jiangsu for the first decade of new century has gained outstanding achievement. New research fields have been exploited and the production of the traditionM research fields is plentiful. The traditional research idea ＂Rhetoric Rooted in Honesty＂ has been surpassed. The exploration of methods and principles of methodology gained a lot. The summary and retrospect in this article aims to exploit the future of rhetoric in Jiangsu and all around China.
