目的:了解高职学生患者常见致病菌的种类及耐药情况,为临床抗感染治疗提供参考依据。方法:对来自高职学生患者的68株致病菌进行菌种鉴定和药敏试验,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:高职学生患者致病菌种的前三位分别是金黄色葡萄球菌(36.76%)、铜缘假单胞菌(17.65%)、大肠埃希氏菌(16.18%);药敏试验结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺和达福普汀的敏感率较高保持为100%,但对青霉素G的耐药率很高,达到97.5%,铜绿假单胞菌对各类抗生素的耐药性均较强。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌对多种抗生素耐药率提高,临床上应重视药敏试验,根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗菌药。

목적:료해고직학생환자상견치병균적충류급내약정황,위림상항감염치료제공삼고의거。방법:대래자고직학생환자적68주치병균진행균충감정화약민시험,병대결과진행통계분석。결과:고직학생환자치병균충적전삼위분별시금황색포도구균(36.76%)、동연가단포균(17.65%)、대장애희씨균(16.18%);약민시험결과현시,금황색포도구균대만고매소、리내서알화체복보정적민감솔교고보지위100%,단대청매소G적내약솔흔고,체도97.5%,동록가단포균대각류항생소적내약성균교강。결론:금황색포도구균대다충항생소내약솔제고,림상상응중시약민시험,근거약민시험결과합리선용항균약。
Objective: To know the types of pathogenic bacteria and the drug resistance among patients of higher vocational students, provide the reference for the clinical anti - infection treatment. Methods : To carry out identifications of strain and medicine sensitivity experiment on student patients' 68 pathogenic bacteria, then analyses the results. Results : The first three pathogenic bacteria are the staphylococcus aureus (36.76%) , the pseudomonas aeruginosa ( 17.65% ) and the colon bacillus ( 16.18% ). The medicine sensitive test result showed that the senstive rate of the staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) to vancomycin, linezolid and dalfopristin keeps 100% , the drug resistance rate of MRSA to penicillin G is as high as 97.5%. The drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to other antibiotics is strong. Conclusion: Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) bears the medicine rate enhancement to many kinds of antibiotics. As for clinic, we should take the medicine sensitive experiment, select the antibiotics reasonably according to the medicine sensitive test result.
