用NiCrBSi自熔性合金粉末、采用超音速火焰喷涂和高频感应加热技术相结合,在35CrMo钢基体表面进行熔覆并制得涂层。利用光学显微镜(OM)和x射线衍射(XRD)分析技术观察和测定了熔覆层组织和相结构,并对其硬度和冲蚀磨损性能进行了测试。结果表明:熔覆后镍基涂层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合,层状结构消失,涂层硬度分布均匀,涂层耐冲蚀磨损能力约为HVOF涂层的3倍。

The coatings on the 35CrMo steel substrate were self- fluxed and manufactured with HVOF and high -frequency induction heating technology using NiCrBSi self - fluxing alloy powder, the micrograph and microstructure of the coatings were observed and analyzed by OM and XRD and the hardness of Vickers and erosion and corrosion resistance performances of coatings were tested. The results show that the metallurgical bonding layer is formed between the coating and substrate and sandwich of coating disappears. Vickers hardness of coatings becomes uniform, and erosion and corrosion resistances are three times of those of HVOF coatings.
