采用溶剂热法制备出高质量的Mn、Cu、Y掺杂的ZnS纳米晶体,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析研究了不同条件下制得样品的结构和形貌,通过实验确定出最佳制备条件,最后在乙醇中180℃反应12小时,锌源和硫源的比例为1:3的情况下,制备出掺杂浓度均为3%的Mn、Cu、Y掺杂的ZnS纳米晶体.XRD结果表明,掺杂后的样品仍然保持硫化锌的立方结构;从TEM图像可以看出,所得样品颗粒有团聚现象,颗粒尺寸在9-16纳米之间.

Mn(Cu、Y)-doped ZnS nanocrystals were prepared by the solvothermal method at 180℃ for 12 h in the anhydrous ethanol solution,the concentration of Mn(Cu、Y) was kept at 3%.The structure and morphology of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The best preparation conditions were obtained through the experiment.The XRD results showed that the samples had a cubic zinc blende structure.From the TEM image,it can be seen that these NPs with diameters of 9~16 nm were agglomerated.
