按照常压等离子喷涂工艺路线,选择合理的喷涂工艺参数和复合喷涂材料的配比,使用常压等离子喷涂设备在发动机结构件上制备出了高温可磨耗复合梯度封严涂层。对该涂层显微组织、EDS微区成分、涂层组织抗氧化性和涂层氧化增重曲线的测试分析表明,涂层的结构和性能符合相关标准,制备的涂层达到了高温可磨耗封严涂层的使用要求,并已得到实际应用。
按照常壓等離子噴塗工藝路線,選擇閤理的噴塗工藝參數和複閤噴塗材料的配比,使用常壓等離子噴塗設備在髮動機結構件上製備齣瞭高溫可磨耗複閤梯度封嚴塗層。對該塗層顯微組織、EDS微區成分、塗層組織抗氧化性和塗層氧化增重麯線的測試分析錶明,塗層的結構和性能符閤相關標準,製備的塗層達到瞭高溫可磨耗封嚴塗層的使用要求,併已得到實際應用。

The composite-gradient high temperature abradable sealing coating was prepared by choosing the right spray parameters and the ratio of composite spray materials on the Atmosphere Plasma Spray (APS) system according to the standard APS routine. The microstructure, the EDS micro-zone chemical composites, the oxidation resistance of coating microstructures and the oxidation weight gains curve of the coating were investigated. The results show that the microstructure and the properties of the coating match the relative standard and meet the requirements of the high temperature abradable sealing, and the coating has been put into practice up to now.
