老有所养是每个人的愿望。改革开放以来,随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,出现了大批进城的农民工,他们为我国现代化建设作出巨大贡献的同时,其养老的问题也日益突出。解决农民工养老,应当坚持＂分类指导,依次推进＂原则,当前的重点是加快立法,建立健全全国统一的农民工养老保险体系、农民工养老保险关系异地转移与接续办法、农民工就业培训机制以及鼓励农民工自主创业的政策措施。
