通过调查三江源区＂黑土型＂退化草地上建植的青海草地早熟禾人工草地群落物种组成和多样性特征,研究了不同生长年限人工草地群落多样性的变化规律。结果表明：不同建植年限人工草地植物群落的物种类组成上存在明显差异;群落α多样性指数测度表明,Shannon-winner指数和均匀度指数的变化趋势一致,但不同生长年限人工草地之间Shannon-Wiener指数显著不差异（P〉0.05）,均匀度指数间存在显著差异（P〈0.05）;β多样性指数随着草地建植期的延长而增加。

The species composition and diversity of community of P.pratensis L.cv,Qinghai artificial grassland in ＂black-soil type＂ of degraded grassland in the region of three-river source were investigated to study the change regular of community in artificial grassland at different growth years.The results showed that there was a signiticant different in the species composition of community among the artificial grassland at different growth years.The measure of α-diversity indexes of community showed that shannon-winner index was consistent trend with evenness index,but there not was significant difference in the shannon-winner index among the artificial grassland at difference growth years（P0.05）and there was the significant difference in the evenness index（P0.05）,β-diversity index increased with passage of planting time of grassland.
