对新疆富蕴县荒漠草原实施围栏保护效果进行了监测。结果表明,经过围栏和封育以及禁牧休牧措施,在植被盖度、高度以及产草量方面,围栏内指标明显高于围栏外,说明经过人工保护,草地生态及生产力得到很大改善;但三年动态监测表明,在人为保护条件下,哈拉姜哈监测点产草量总趋势呈现逐年下降趋势,这与这三年来降水下降有关,干旱成为草地生产力下降的主要因素。

The desert steppe was protected in enclosure and monitored in Fuyun County.The resultsindicate that through enclosure the index of desert steppe in enclosure is higher than the outside enclosure in vegetation coverage,altitude and grass yield,but the difference is not notable,which explains that the ecology of desert steppe and the productivity are improved in some certain by manpower protection.But the three-year-dynamic monitoring results show that the trends of yield in Harajanha monitoring spot is descendant year by year,arid becoming major factor of grassland productivity coming down under the artificial protection,the decline in yield is effected by climate obviously.
