在车险理赔中,人伤赔款占比很高。人伤案件通常表现出赔付金额大、结案周期长、易引发诉讼和法律纠纷等特点,一直是车险理赔管理的一个难点和薄弱环节。交强险政策出台以后,人伤理赔倍受社会广泛关注,它直接影响到保险双方的权益保障、车险的健康发展和保险业的形象树立。本文结合理赔管理实践,采用比较、辩证的分析方法,立足于车险人伤理赔管理中的主要问题进行分析,并提出了加强理赔专业人才队伍建设、完善内部风险控制机制、明确和细化理赔流程管控、完善理赔管理外围服务体系的应对策略。

In auto insurance claims,a large proportion of people claim for injuries.Injury cases are usually claimed to large payment,long cycle and easy to trigger litigation and legal disputes,etc.,which makes the vehicle insurance claims management very difficult and weak.After the issuing of compulsory traffic insurance policies,auto insurance injury claims of people caught wide attention.It directly affects the interests of both parties of the insurance,and the healthy development of auto insurance and the image of the insurance industry.With claims management practices,using more comparative and dialectical analysis method,this paper analyzes the major problems in the auto insurance claims management of injuries,and proposes to strengthen the building of the contingent claims professionals,improve internal risk control mechanism,make clear and detailed claims flow control and improve the claims management system for external service.
