目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿永久性右脐静脉的诊断价值及临床意义。材料与方法：对我院行系统产前超声检查的胎儿全部进行脐静脉走行跟踪,发现永久性右脐静脉胎儿后,仔细检查静脉导管,了解是否有脐静脉的异常连接。结果：2160例胎儿诊断永久性右脐静脉5例,均与静脉导管正常连接,未发现其它部位畸形,出生后2～6月随访,脐静脉闭合良好,生长发育未见异常。结论：彩色多普勒超声是胎儿永久性右脐静脉产前诊断的有效方法,无合并其它部位畸形,预后良好。

Purpose：permanent color Doppler ultrasound for fetal diagnostic value of the right umbilical vein and its clinical significance. Materials and Methods：A hospital-line system of prenatal ultrasound for fetal umbilical vein all the tracking of moving and found a permanent right-fetal umbilical vein,the catheter carefully check to see whether abnormal umbilical venous connection. Results：2160 cases of permanent right-fetal diagnosis of umbilical vein in 5 cases,all the normal connections with the venous catheter,not found in other parts of the deformity,2 to 6 months after birth and follow-up,good umbilical vein closure,growth and development were normal. Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound is a permanent right-fetal umbilical vein effective method of prenatal diagnosis,no other part of the malformation,a good prognosis.
