Rodent Density Species Ectoparasites
目的了解南沙港区鼠形动物及其体表寄生虫的种群构成和季节消长等情况,评价该口岸的鼠形动物防制工作效果,为今后工作方向和重点提供参考依据。方法 2007.10-2009.11采用ELTON夹日法对鼠密度进行监测。结果共捕获鼠形动物245只,经鉴定分为2目2科3属4种。优势种为臭鼩鼱,占66.12%,小家鼠占17.14%,褐家鼠占10.61%,黄胸鼠占6.12%。2009年密度显著增长,峰值为2009年8月出现的2.73%。对捕获的鼠形动物采集体表寄生虫,共检出螨类2只和虱26只。经鉴定,2只螨类均为纳厉螨。结论通过科学系统地监测,掌握了南沙港区鼠形动物及其体表寄生虫的密度、种群构成、季节消长等情况,为指导港区开展媒介生物防控工作、防治媒传疾病提供理论依据。

Objective To find out the species structure and seasonal fluctuation of rodents and their ectoparasites at Nansha port,to evaluate the control effect,and to provide reference of further work. Methods Apply ELTON method to survey rodents from October in 2007 to November in2009. Results 245 rodents were totally captured and to identify as belong to 4 species,3 genus,2 families,2 order. Dominance species is Suncus murinus,involved in 66.12%,Mus musculus involved in 17.14%,Rattus norvegicus involved in 10.61%,Rattus flavipectus involved in 6.12%. The density increased year by year,and peaked at 2.73% in August in 2009. 28 ectoparasites were examined,2 of which were identified as Laelaps multispinosus,the other 26 ectoparasites were lice. Conclusion By scientific and systemic surveillance,the information of rodent species constitution,density,distribution,seasonal growth and their ectoparasites were studied,and comprehensive and scientific control measures can carry out based on the surveillance results.
