目的对2008-2009年广州口岸出入境人员预防接种不良反应报告情况进行分析,为进一步做好出入境人员预防接种工作提供参考。方法对2008-2009年到本中心接受预防接种的出入境人员及不良反应报告数据进行整理和统计分析。结果 2008-2009年,本中心共收集了95例有不良反应报告,按接种人数算,报告率为2.76‰,按接种针次计算为1.35‰,与国内其他报告相类似。报告的不良反应以一般反应为主,占报告人数的80.00%,异常反应13例,占13.68%,均为过敏性皮疹;其他不良反应6例,占6.32%,均在接种后数分钟后出现晕厥。所有不良反应愈后良好。结论妥当处理预防接种不良反应,有利于预防接种工作的顺利开展。

Objective To analyse all adverse reaction reports of entry-exit personnels following vaccination in Guangdong International Travel Healthcare Center from 2008 to 2009,so as to provide guidance and reference for vaccination implementation of entry-exit personnel. Method To collect,sort and make statistics of the data of adverse reaction following vaccination among entry-exit personnel in GDITHC from 2008 to 2009. Results 95 cases with adverse reaction were reported during 2008-2009,occupying 2.76‰ of the number of vaccinees,1.35‰ of the number of shots. The report rates were similar to those domestic reports. Most of the cases （80.0%） were common reaction. 13 cases （13.68%） were all abnormal reaction with allergic rash. 6 cases （6.32%） fainted several minutes after vaccination. All reported cases recovered well. Conclusion To manage vaccination adverse reaction properly benefits the smooth implementation of vaccination
