针对圆型截面导线绕制的干式空心电抗器,综合分析了其绕组层等电阻电压、包封等温升和包封等高度三个附加约束条件,指出并论证了当电抗器包封数大于1时,这三个约束条件不能同时得到满足;提出了电抗器设计的附加约束条件平衡原则,在此基础上建立了电抗器的优化模型。将优化模型用于电抗器的优化设计中,得到了比较满意的结果。
針對圓型截麵導線繞製的榦式空心電抗器,綜閤分析瞭其繞組層等電阻電壓、包封等溫升和包封等高度三箇附加約束條件,指齣併論證瞭噹電抗器包封數大于1時,這三箇約束條件不能同時得到滿足;提齣瞭電抗器設計的附加約束條件平衡原則,在此基礎上建立瞭電抗器的優化模型。將優化模型用于電抗器的優化設計中,得到瞭比較滿意的結果。

Three additional constraints consisting of layer resistance drop equalization,package temperature rise equalization and package height equalization are analyzed for round conductor dry-type air-core reactor.It is indicated and demonstrated that it is impossible to simultaneously satisfy the three equalization constraints when the number of packages is more than 1.The balance principle of additional constraints is proposed and the optimization model is built for the design of reactor.At last,the optimization model is applied to the design and a satisfied result is obtained.
