以硫酸和草酸溶液为电解液,采用二次阳极氧化法制备出高度长程有序的纳米孔氧化铝(AAO)模板,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其微观结构及形貌进行了观察和表征.通过研究不同的氧化电压和电解液浓度对AAO模板纳米孔形貌(孔径、孔间距、面密度和长程有序性)的影响,得到了最佳的氧化电压和电解液浓度.
以硫痠和草痠溶液為電解液,採用二次暘極氧化法製備齣高度長程有序的納米孔氧化鋁(AAO)模闆,併結閤掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對其微觀結構及形貌進行瞭觀察和錶徵.通過研究不同的氧化電壓和電解液濃度對AAO模闆納米孔形貌(孔徑、孔間距、麵密度和長程有序性)的影響,得到瞭最佳的氧化電壓和電解液濃度.

Highly ordered nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) templates are fabricated by two-step anodization process in the electrolytes of the oxalic acid and sulfur acid, respectively. Dependences of their surface morphology(aperture,inter-pore distance, surface density and order of pores) on both the anodic voltage and the electrolyte concentration are observed by scanning electron microscopy. It is found that the highly ordered AAO template is only obtained at a moderate anodization condition.
