We synthesized 1,8,15,22-tetra-phenoxy-copper(nickel) phthalocyanine,1,8,15,22-tetra-phenoxy-nickel phthalocyanine,2,9,16,23-tetra-phenoxy-eopper phthalocyanine and 2,9,16,23-tetra-phenoxy-nickel phthalocya-nine.The major precursors were 3-nitrobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile and 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-dicarbonitrile,respectively.They were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and UV-Vis,respectively.We also discussed the influence of the substi-tution position and the central metal ion on the maximum absorption wavelength of the phthalocyanine Q-band.
