采用热化学聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯(PDMAEMA)水凝胶,并对其溶胀性能进行了研究.研究结果表明,PDMAEMA水凝胶具有温度敏感性,在去离子水中其ICST约为50℃;水凝胶的温度敏感性与介质的pH值有关,在碱性溶液中凝胶表现出典型的温度敏感性,而在酸性溶液中凝胶的溶胀率受温度的影响很小,没有温度敏感性.
採用熱化學聚閤法製備瞭聚甲基丙烯痠N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯(PDMAEMA)水凝膠,併對其溶脹性能進行瞭研究.研究結果錶明,PDMAEMA水凝膠具有溫度敏感性,在去離子水中其ICST約為50℃;水凝膠的溫度敏感性與介質的pH值有關,在堿性溶液中凝膠錶現齣典型的溫度敏感性,而在痠性溶液中凝膠的溶脹率受溫度的影響很小,沒有溫度敏感性.

Poly (N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) hydrogels are synthesized by thermo-polymerization and its swelling behavior is studied. It turns out that the hydrogels exhibite temperature sensitivity, the lower critical solution temperature(LCST) of PDMAEMA hydrogels is about 50℃ under deionized water. The experimental results also show that the pH values of solution have a great effect on the temperature sensitivity of the hydrogels. The hydrogels exhibite obvious temperature sensitivity in high pH values buffer solutions, but the temperature has a small influence on the hydrogels in low pH values buffer solutions.
