目的 了解我院麻醉药品应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 收集我院2005～2007年住院患者的麻醉处方,对各品种的用量及用药天数进行统计和分析.结果 我院麻醉药品的销售金额逐年增加,芬太尼贴剂增幅最大;哌替啶注射液的用药频度(DDDs)逐年递减,而吗啡制剂的DDDs逐年增加;药物利用指数(DUI)均小于1.结论 本院麻醉药品应用情况基本合理,但癌症止痛治疗中存在不合理用药现象.

목적 료해아원마취약품응용정황,위림상합리용약제공삼고.방법 수집아원2005～2007년주원환자적마취처방,대각품충적용량급용약천수진행통계화분석.결과 아원마취약품적소수금액축년증가,분태니첩제증폭최대;고체정주사액적용약빈도(DDDs)축년체감,이마배제제적DDDs축년증가;약물이용지수(DUI)균소우1.결론 본원마취약품응용정황기본합리,단암증지통치료중존재불합리용약현상.
Objective To investigate the situation of narcotics used in our hospital so as to provide the doctors with reference of national narcotics use. Methods Anesthetic medicine prescription of the inpatients in our hospital in 2005～2007 were collected,dosage and utilization time of narcotics were accumulated and analysized. Results The sum of money of narcotics was increasing year by year,especially for fentanyl patch;the frequency of pethidine injection was gradually reducing,while DDDs of morphine preparation was increasing year by year;drug use index(DUI)was all below 1. Conclusion The use of narcotics in our hospital was basically rational,except irrational use for the pain control of cancer patients .
