合成纤维过滤材料越来越多地被应用于高温烟气过滤器中.聚苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维具有强度大、模量高、耐热性能突出、密度小、耐化学性好等特点.对自制的初生PBO纤维进行了高温热处理并对其进行了耐热及耐酸性能的测试.热处理后,PBO纤维的拉伸强度由2.86GPa提高到了3.94GPa;长期使用温度达到600℃;纤维在60%浓度的浓硫酸和63%浓度的浓硝酸中浸泡60d以后,拉伸强度依然可以分别保持在2.71GPa和2.11GPa.同其它高温烟气过滤材料用纤维相比,PBO纤维具有明显的优势.

Filtration material made from synthetic fiber has been widely applied in high temperature fume filter. Poly (p-pbenylene-2,6-benzo-bisuxazole)(PBO) fiber has many excellent characters such as high strength, high modulus, excellent thermal stability, low-density, excellent chemical stability, etc. The self-made PBO fiber was treated by high temperature and the heat and chemical resistance were tested. The tensile strength of PBO fiber has been improved from 2.86GPa to 3.94GPa after heat treatment. The long time working temperature reaches 600℃. After dipping in 60% con-centrated sulfuric acid and 63% coucentrated nitric acid for 60d, the tensile strength still retains 2.71GPa and 2.11GPa respectively. PBO fiber has obvious advantages compared with other fibers which are applied in high temperaturo fume filter.
