目的 探讨预饱和技术在抑制伪影中的临床应用.方法 收集166例伪影病人,包括金属伪影93例、运动伪影25例、流动伪影48例,应用预饱和技术与常规技术进行对比扫描.结果 93例金属伪影失败5例,占5.4%,流动伪影48例,失败2例,占4.1%;加预饱和技术检查的图像96%都能使解剖结构清晰,运动、流动伪影不明显.140例不加预饱和技术的检查,金属伪影引起的伪影图像质量、信噪比明显下降,看见明显伪影.结论 预饱和技术的应用能有效的改善磁共振伪影,能使图像质量得到进一步提高.

Objective Advance in saturated technology explore the clinical application of artifact. Methods we collected 166 patients artifact patients, including metal artifact 93, motion artifact 25 cases, 48 patients, flow artifact advance technology and application of conventional technology saturated compared scanning. Results 93 metal artifact in 5 cases, failure of 5.4%, flow artifact 48 cases, failure in 2 cases, 4.1 per cent, Add the image represents saturated technology inspection 96% can make clear, sports, anatomy. Flow artifact, 40 cases without advance technology, metal saturation of artifact artifact image quality and signal-to-noise ratio decreased obviously, seen artifacts. Conclusion the application of saturated technology advance can effectively improve mri artifacts, can make further improving image quality.
