针对间隙密封液压缸,采用CFD技术对不同结构的间隙内部流场进行仿真分析,得出流场分布及速度分布,并计算出液压缸的泄漏量,以寻求间隙密封液压缸的最优结构。液压缸的泄漏量随活塞速度、间隙的增大而增大,在加工精度允许条件下,可通过减小间隙来减小泄漏量。
針對間隙密封液壓缸,採用CFD技術對不同結構的間隙內部流場進行倣真分析,得齣流場分佈及速度分佈,併計算齣液壓缸的洩漏量,以尋求間隙密封液壓缸的最優結構。液壓缸的洩漏量隨活塞速度、間隙的增大而增大,在加工精度允許條件下,可通過減小間隙來減小洩漏量。

To solve the seal leakage problem of the hydraulic cylinder with clearance seal,the flow field in the clearance with different structure was analyzed by CFD method. The distribution of flow field and velocity field was obtained,and the leakage of different types of clearance seal was calculated in order to find the optimal structure of clearance seal. The leakage is increased with the increasing of piston velocity and gap size,so the leakage can be reduced through reducing the gap size under the condition permitted in machining accuracy.
