　　目的：评价应用掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法：对18例26指皮肤缺损患者，分别采用第2、3、4掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣给予修复，皮瓣切取面积为：2.0 cm×4.0 cm~3.0 cm×5.5 cm。结果：术后18例26指皮瓣全部成活。术后随访时间为3个月~1年，皮瓣外形良好，不臃肿，感觉可。供区创面均Ⅰ期愈合，创口呈线性瘢痕，皮瓣少许色素沉着。结论：掌背动脉皮支筋膜蒂皮瓣切取方便、损伤小，是修复手指皮肤缺损的良好方法。
　　목적：평개응용장배동맥피지근막체피판수복수지피부결손적림상료효。방법：대18례26지피부결손환자，분별채용제2、3、4장배동맥피지근막체피판급여수복，피판절취면적위：2.0 cm×4.0 cm~3.0 cm×5.5 cm。결과：술후18례26지피판전부성활。술후수방시간위3개월~1년，피판외형량호，불옹종，감각가。공구창면균Ⅰ기유합，창구정선성반흔，피판소허색소침착。결론：장배동맥피지근막체피판절취방편、손상소，시수복수지피부결손적량호방법。
Objective:To evaluate the method and treatment outcome of repairing soft tissue defects of fingers with dorsal metacaopal artery cutaneous branch fascio-cutaneous flap.Method:18 cases of fingers with soft tissue defects were repaired by the application of the second,third or fouth dorsal metacarpal artery cutaneous branch fascio-cutaneous flap.The flap area ranged from 2.0 cm×4.0 cm to 3.0 cm×5.5 cm.Result:All 26 flaps of the 18 cases suivived.The patients were followed-up for 3 months to 1 year.The appearance of all the flaps was good,no bulkiness.The function recovered well. Conclution:The surgery is feasible and less traumatic.Dorsal metacaopal artery cutaneous branch fascio-cutaneous flap is an optimal method for coverage of soft tissue defect of the fingers.
