提出气体静压轴承气膜间隙内部存在压力波动的假设,并通过物理实验进行验证。实验结果表明:气膜间隙内部压力分布不均匀,导致内部存在冗余气体,流场的流动特性受到干扰;当系统受到某种扰动时,气膜间隙内部压力产生波动,形成流固耦合,引发系统发生共振,导致气锤振动现象的产生;随着供气压力的提高,系统产生气锤振动现象的倾向性增大;一定气膜间隙范围内,随着气膜间隙的减小,发生气锤振动现象的阈值降低。

제출기체정압축승기막간극내부존재압력파동적가설,병통과물리실험진행험증。실험결과표명:기막간극내부압력분포불균균,도치내부존재용여기체,류장적류동특성수도간우;당계통수도모충우동시,기막간극내부압력산생파동,형성류고우합,인발계통발생공진,도치기추진동현상적산생;수착공기압력적제고,계통산생기추진동현상적경향성증대;일정기막간극범위내,수착기막간극적감소,발생기추진동현상적역치강저。
A hypothesis that the pressure fluctuation existed in gas film of the aerostatic bearings was proposed,and was verified by experiments. The results show that the pressure distribution is extremely uneven,which results in the existence of redundancy gas in the film,and the flow characteristic in flow area is disturbed. When the system is affected by certain disturbance,the pressure distribution of film appears the phenomena of fluctuation to form the flow/structure coupling, which causes the pneumatic hammer. The system has a tendency to pneumatic hammer with the increase of supply pressure. The threshold that pneumatic hammer occurs will reduce when the gas film decreases on a certain range.
