目的:研究复方延胡索颗粒的制备、质量控制方法,观察该制剂对吗啡依赖鼠的治疗作用。方法:选用黄芪、延胡索、甘草、远志、酸枣仁、石菖蒲、芸香等七种中药组方制备复方延胡索颗粒,以有效部位总生物碱及有效成分四氢帕马丁的含量作为制备方法的筛选指标及复方延胡索颗粒制剂的质控指标。总生物碱的含量用非水电位滴定法测定,四氢帕马丁的含量以单波长反射锯齿式薄层扫描外标两点法测定。以该中药制剂治疗吗啡依赖性大鼠自然戒断模型体质量变化百分率作为初步戒毒作用的观察指标。结果:四氢帕马丁在1~6μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),其仪器精密度、同板精密度良好(RSD<3.0%),且在显色后0.5~6h内结果稳定,制剂的加样回收率约为97%。复方延胡索颗粒中剂量组(0.6g/kg)和高剂量组(1.2g/kg)对吗啡依赖鼠的体质量下降可产生显著治疗作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:本制剂一定剂量可有效控制吗啡身体依赖性大鼠戒断后的体质量下降,对吸毒者可能有促进康复的作用。

목적:연구복방연호색과립적제비、질량공제방법,관찰해제제대마배의뢰서적치료작용。방법:선용황기、연호색、감초、원지、산조인、석창포、예향등칠충중약조방제비복방연호색과립,이유효부위총생물감급유효성분사경파마정적함량작위제비방법적사선지표급복방연호색과립제제적질공지표。총생물감적함량용비수전위적정법측정,사경파마정적함량이단파장반사거치식박층소묘외표량점법측정。이해중약제제치료마배의뢰성대서자연계단모형체질량변화백분솔작위초보계독작용적관찰지표。결과:사경파마정재1~6μg범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9992),기의기정밀도、동판정밀도량호(RSD<3.0%),차재현색후0.5~6h내결과은정,제제적가양회수솔약위97%。복방연호색과립중제량조(0.6g/kg)화고제량조(1.2g/kg)대마배의뢰서적체질량하강가산생현저치료작용(P<0.05,P<0.01)。결론:본제제일정제량가유효공제마배신체의뢰성대서계단후적체질량하강,대흡독자가능유촉진강복적작용。
Objective:To research proper pharmaceutics method for CompoundCorydalis Granule (CCG), and study the effect of CCG on treating morphine withdrawal syndrome. Methods:The prescription of CCG included Astragalus, Corydalis, Glycyrrhiza, Ziziphus, Polygala, Acrous, Cymbopogon and so on. Total alkoloids in CCG were measured by nonaqueous potential titrations and tetrahydropalmatine by thin layer chromatography(TLC). Detoxification on the morphine-dependent rats was evaluated by its body mass change. Results:TLC's linear bearing was good(r=0.999 2)and its accuracy of instrument and same layer were also good(RSD<3.0%). The point's area was stable from 0.5 to 6 h after being developed visible. Middle dose group (0.6 g/kg) and high dose group(1.2 g/kg) of CCG could decrease the body mass lose significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Certain dose of CCG is effective on treating morphine withdrawal syndrome in rats.
