目的:观察自制的养阴益气活血冲剂对沙土鼠脑缺血时儿茶酚胺水平的影响。方法:沙土鼠灌服不同剂量的养阴益气活血冲剂,在水合氯醛麻醉下,结扎双侧颈总动脉30min造成脑缺血,取血后用高效液相色谱——电化学联合检测法测定各组动物血浆儿茶酚胺水平。结果:缺血沙土鼠血浆中去甲肾上腺素浓度显著增加(P<0.01),给予中药后可拮抗去甲肾上腺素的升高,与脑缺血组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:沙土鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉可致血中去甲肾上腺素增加,自制的养阴益气活血冲剂可阻止血浆去甲肾上腺素升高。

목적:관찰자제적양음익기활혈충제대사토서뇌결혈시인다분알수평적영향。방법:사토서관복불동제량적양음익기활혈충제,재수합록철마취하,결찰쌍측경총동맥30min조성뇌결혈,취혈후용고효액상색보——전화학연합검측법측정각조동물혈장인다분알수평。결과:결혈사토서혈장중거갑신상선소농도현저증가(P<0.01),급여중약후가길항거갑신상선소적승고,여뇌결혈조비교차이현저(P<0.01)。결론:사토서결찰쌍측경총동맥가치혈중거갑신상선소증가,자제적양음익기활혈충제가조지혈장거갑신상선소승고。
Objective: To investigate the effect of home-made“YangYinYiQiHuoXue Granules” on catecholamine levels in plasma of jird during brain ischemia. Methods: Experiments were performed on 60g~80g jird under chloral hydrate anesthesia. Brain ischemia induced by bilateral common carotid ligation for 30 min. A procedure with minimal plasma sample pretreatment, based on reversed-phase, ion-pair HPLC combined with electrochemical detection has been developed for the determination of the norepinephrine in plasma samples which divided into control, ischemia and fed on “YangYinYiQiHuoXue Granules” priors to ligation. Results: norepinephrine concentration increased markedly (P<0.05) in brain ishemia for 30min. While the ischemia animal fed on “YangYinYiQiHuoXue Granules” priors to ischemia 30min, comparing ischemia group, norepinephrine concentration decreased markedly (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ischemia induced by bilateral common carotid ligation leads to increment of plasma norepinephrine and “YangYinYiQiHuoXue Granules” can prevent this increasing.
