在冷模反应器内,考察了模拟原料油和气体流动对催化剂床层膨胀率的影响;在上流式微膨胀床反应器内,以中东渣油为原料,考察了温度、空速对杂质脱除率的影响。冷模试验结果表明,在通常的空速和氢油比范围内,床层膨胀率可以控制在10%以内;试验结果表明,在上流式微膨胀床反应器内,主要发生脱金属和脱硫反应,从而起到保护下游固定床反应器的作用。

In a cold model reactor,the effects of simulated feedstock oil and gas flow on the expanding ratio of the catalyst bed were studied.In a reactor with up-flow slightly expanded bed and using Middle-East residue as the feedstock,the effects of temperature,space velocity on the removal percent of impurity were studied.The cold model test results showed that for a normal space velocity and hydrogen/oil ratio,the bed expanding ratio can be controlled within 10%.In the reactor with up-flow slightly expanded bed, demetallization and desulfurization are main reactions.
