Conjugated linoletic acids were naturally occured isomers of linoleic acid, which were new functional lipids possessing many physiological benefits including anticarcinogenesis, antioxidant, inhibition of body fat accumulation, growth and immune stimulation. Their physiological effects, resource and preparation were reviewed.
