目的：为总结应用冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病的早期效果和经验。方法：3例病人均采用正中开胸，低温体外循环下行冠状动脉旁路移植术，移植血管全部用自身大隐静脉。2例搭3支桥，1例搭4支桥。结果：术后3例心绞痛症状完全消失，术后无严重并发症，无手术死亡。结论：冠状动脉旁路移植术是治疗冠心病的一种安全有效的方法，近期临床效果满意。
목적：위총결응용관상동맥방로이식술치료관심병적조기효과화경험。방법：3례병인균채용정중개흉，저온체외순배하행관상동맥방로이식술，이식혈관전부용자신대은정맥。2례탑3지교，1례탑4지교。결과：술후3례심교통증상완전소실，술후무엄중병발증，무수술사망。결론：관상동맥방로이식술시치료관심병적일충안전유효적방법，근기림상효과만의。
Objective　To retrospectively review the experience and early clinical result of coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)in the treatment of coronary artery disease.Method　All the three patients received CABG through middle sternotomy under cardiopulmanary bypass(CPS).Saphenous veins were used in all patients.Two of them got three grafts and one got four.Results　All patients recovered and discharged.All of them are angina free and there was no operative mortality and no serious complication.Conclusion　CABG is safe and effective way for the treatment of coronary heart disease with acceptable morbidity and mortality.
