本实验以昆明种小鼠为研究对象,颈背部注射D-gal建立衰老模型,同时以大枣作为抗衰老实验药物灌服,测定了脑组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量。实验结果表明:不同剂量大枣均可提高小鼠脑组织SOD活性,并能降低脑组织MDA含量。说明不同剂量大枣均可提高小鼠脑组织SOD活性,并能降低脑组织MDA含量,大枣具有一定的抗衰老作用。

본실험이곤명충소서위연구대상,경배부주사D-gal건립쇠로모형,동시이대조작위항쇠로실험약물관복,측정료뇌조직내초양화물기화매(SOD)활성、병이철(MDA)함량。실험결과표명:불동제량대조균가제고소서뇌조직SOD활성,병능강저뇌조직MDA함량。설명불동제량대조균가제고소서뇌조직SOD활성,병능강저뇌조직MDA함량,대조구유일정적항쇠로작용。
In this experiment D-gal was injected into the mice's scruff of the neck snbcntaneous tissne to creat a model of aging. At the same time the mice were filled with different doses of the uazao. After six weeks the effect of Dazao on SOD activity and the content of MDA was observed in the brain of D-galactose-induced senile mice. The activities of SOD in the brain were increased after giving different doses of extracts of Dazao, while the content of MDA in the brain was decreased. The antioxidant action of the high dose of Dazao had a better effect. Different doses of Dazao extracts had antiaging effect.
