针对推力轴承轴瓦性能试验时测试数据较多的特点,建立了采用以8031单片机为主体组成的数据采集系统,对所采集的工况参数进行存储,待CPU对数据进行分析,运算与处理.运用该系统不仅可以完成所规定的任务,而且降低了成本.

This paper is about the performance test of bear tile with test-bed of thrust bear.It aims at the characteristic of so many data in the experiment, and adopts data gathering system made of 8031 single-chip. It stores the gathered parameter of working condition, then it is analyzed, operated and disposed to the data by CPU. It is not only accomplished the regular task with the system, but also reduced the economical cost greatly.
