给出了不需用PbCl2活化,采用连续化方式在球形Ni(OH)2上微包覆钴、镍和锌的工艺条件,以及球形Ni(OH)2在镀钴、镍和锌后对其充放电性能的影响。结果表明,在球形Ni(OH)2表面上包覆钴、镍和锌的过程中伴随着析氢反应,形成了多孔包覆层,降低了其堆积密度。使用包覆Ni(OH)2制备电极,可提高电极中Ni(OH)2的利用率以及电极充放电性能。

The continuous preparation conditions of encapsulating Co, Ni and Zn on spherical Ni(OH)2 without pre- activation with PdCl2 were introduced, the effects of the encapsulation of the elements on the charge/discharge performance was discussed. The results showed that the process of Co,Ni and Zn deposition on spherical Ni(OH)2 surface was accompanied by hydrogen gas evolution, a porous covering layer was formed and the tap density was reduced. The electrode made with encapsulated spherical Ni(OH)2 had higher material utility and better charge/discharge performance.
