本文研究了哌嗪(PPZ)与二氧化硫(SO2)电荷转移复合物(CTC)的制备及其作为光引发剂引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的聚合,发现PPZ/SO2摩尔比对聚合速率影响甚大.当PPZ/SO2为1∶2时,形成了具有潜在引发能力的复合物(Ⅰ).Ⅰ引发MMA光聚合的动力学关系式为Rp=Kp[Ⅰ]0.34[MMA]1.06,表观活化能为23.7 kJ/mol.并对引发机理进行了探讨.
本文研究瞭哌嗪(PPZ)與二氧化硫(SO2)電荷轉移複閤物(CTC)的製備及其作為光引髮劑引髮甲基丙烯痠甲酯(MMA)的聚閤,髮現PPZ/SO2摩爾比對聚閤速率影響甚大.噹PPZ/SO2為1∶2時,形成瞭具有潛在引髮能力的複閤物(Ⅰ).Ⅰ引髮MMA光聚閤的動力學關繫式為Rp=Kp[Ⅰ]0.34[MMA]1.06,錶觀活化能為23.7 kJ/mol.併對引髮機理進行瞭探討.

Photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) was kinetically studied by using piperazine (PPZ)-sulfur dioxide (SO2) charge-transfer complex as a photoinitiator. It was found that the polymerization rate (Rp) was dependent on the molar ratio of piperazine to sulfur dioxide, and the complex(Ⅰ) with a composition of PPZ/SO2=1/2 in molar ratio was the most effective. By using Ⅰ as the photoinitiator, the polymerization kinetics can be expressed as Rp=Kp [Ⅰ]0.34[MMA]1.06, and the apparent activation energy (Ea) value was obtained to be 23.7 kJ/mol. A possible polymerization mechanism was also proposed.
