探讨肾康注射液对肾小管上皮细胞LLC-PK1分泌纤维连接蛋白（FN）的影响。采用酶连免疫吸附测定（ELISA），以单味大黄注射液为实验对照组，检测肾康注射液对肾小管上皮细胞LLC-PK1分泌FN含量的影响。结果显示：肾康注射液可以显著抑制肾小管上皮细胞LLC-PK1 分泌FN的含量，并呈剂量依赖关系；肾康注射液作用明显优于同等含量的单味大黄注射液。说明肾康注射液抑制肾小管上皮细胞LLC-PK1分泌FN含量，是该方延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进展的机理之一。

The effects of Shenkang Injection (SI) on the secretion of fibro nectin (FN) in LLC-PK1 renal tubular epithelial cells were studied by enzyme-linke d im munosorbent assay, with a control group treated with the Rubarb Injection (RI) (in which the extract from Rheum offinale alone is its active component). The re su lts showed that the effects of SI could significantly inhibit the secretion of F N in LLC-PK1 renal tubular epithelial cells in a dose-dependent manner, and the effects of SI were better than those of RI. The results of the experiment sugges t that the inhibition of the secretion of FN in LLC-PK1 renal tubular epithe lia l cells is one of the mechanisms of the SI treatment for delaying the developmen t of chronic renal failure.
