探讨置入国产带膜食管支架治疗各种食管狭窄和食管瘘的效果。材料和方法：采用国产不锈钢带膜支架，在X线监视下用插送器经口置入食管病变部位。治疗食管病变所致食管狭窄26例，其中7例合并食管气管痿/纵隔瘘；非食管病变所致气管食管瘘2例。结果：28例均为一次置入成功，未出现技术问题及严重并发症。支架置入后食管狭窄部位开通，食管瘘口封闭，患者症状均得到缓解。结论：国产带膜食管支架适用于治疗各种食管狭窄和食管痿，支架置入术简便、安全、有效。
탐토치입국산대막식관지가치료각충식관협착화식관루적효과。재료화방법：채용국산불수강대막지 가，재X선감시하용삽송기경구치입식관병변부위。치료식관병변소치식관협착26례，기중7례합병식관기관위/종격 루；비식관병변소치기관식관루2례。결과：28례균위일차치입성공，미출현기술문제급엄중병발증。지가치입후식관 협착부위개통，식관루구봉폐，환자증상균득도완해。결론：국산대막식관지가괄용우치료각충식관협착화식관위，지가 치입술간편、안전、유효。
Purpose: To study the efficiency of Homemade Wallstent in treating esophageal stricture and fistula. Materials and Methods: 26 cases of esophageal stricture, among them 7 cases ccrmplicated with esophago-tracheal fistula or esophago-mediastinal fistula, and 2 cases of simple esophago-tracheal fistula were treated with homemade wallstent, which was made of stainless steel wire coated with silicon-plastic membrane. Re- sults: All 28 cases got good result, the strictures were expanded and the fistulas were closed. Symptoms, such as dysphagia, and cough or choke during swallowing, were disappeared or released. As a result, the patients' nutritional status and living quality were greatly improved. Conclusion: The procedure is simple, effective and easy to undertake in treating the late complications of esophageal carcionona.
