嗜肺巴斯德桿菌%選擇性培養基
기폐파사덕간균%선택성배양기
目的 研制一种对嗜肺巴斯德杆菌表现出强选择作用的选择性培养基,用于该菌的常规检测。方法 药敏试验及抗生素最小抑菌浓度测定。结果 研制了嗜肺巴氏杆菌选择性培养基(PPSM培养基)及嗜肺巴斯德杆菌增菌液(PP肉汤)。嗜肺巴斯德杆菌在PPSM培养基上,37℃48h培养,形成1mm左右,凸起、湿润、灰黑色并有金属光泽的特殊菌落;对表皮葡萄球菌和大肠埃氏菌的抑制率为100%,对变形杆菌的抑制率为76%,并能抑制其迁徙生长;通过PP肉汤增菌培养,PPSM培养基使SPF小鼠粪便中嗜肺巴斯德杆菌检出率从0增至67.2%;用小鼠咽拭子接种该培养基,其初代培养物几乎为纯培养物。结论 该培养基对嗜肺巴氏杆菌具有较强的选择作用,使用该培养基对嗜肺巴氏杆菌进行检测可以简化检测程序、防止漏检、在不处死动物的情况下对嗜肺巴斯德杆菌进行常规监测。
目的 研製一種對嗜肺巴斯德桿菌錶現齣彊選擇作用的選擇性培養基,用于該菌的常規檢測。方法 藥敏試驗及抗生素最小抑菌濃度測定。結果 研製瞭嗜肺巴氏桿菌選擇性培養基(PPSM培養基)及嗜肺巴斯德桿菌增菌液(PP肉湯)。嗜肺巴斯德桿菌在PPSM培養基上,37℃48h培養,形成1mm左右,凸起、濕潤、灰黑色併有金屬光澤的特殊菌落;對錶皮葡萄毬菌和大腸埃氏菌的抑製率為100%,對變形桿菌的抑製率為76%,併能抑製其遷徙生長;通過PP肉湯增菌培養,PPSM培養基使SPF小鼠糞便中嗜肺巴斯德桿菌檢齣率從0增至67.2%;用小鼠嚥拭子接種該培養基,其初代培養物幾乎為純培養物。結論 該培養基對嗜肺巴氏桿菌具有較彊的選擇作用,使用該培養基對嗜肺巴氏桿菌進行檢測可以簡化檢測程序、防止漏檢、在不處死動物的情況下對嗜肺巴斯德桿菌進行常規鑑測。
목적 연제일충대기폐파사덕간균표현출강선택작용적선택성배양기,용우해균적상규검측。방법 약민시험급항생소최소억균농도측정。결과 연제료기폐파씨간균선택성배양기(PPSM배양기)급기폐파사덕간균증균액(PP육탕)。기폐파사덕간균재PPSM배양기상,37℃48h배양,형성1mm좌우,철기、습윤、회흑색병유금속광택적특수균락;대표피포도구균화대장애씨균적억제솔위100%,대변형간균적억제솔위76%,병능억제기천사생장;통과PP육탕증균배양,PPSM배양기사SPF소서분편중기폐파사덕간균검출솔종0증지67.2%;용소서인식자접충해배양기,기초대배양물궤호위순배양물。결론 해배양기대기폐파씨간균구유교강적선택작용,사용해배양기대기폐파씨간균진행검측가이간화검측정서、방지루검、재불처사동물적정황하대기폐파사덕간균진행상규감측。
Objective To develop a selective m edium (PPSM) that shows strongselection to P.pneumotropica in conventional diagnosis.Methods Drug sensitivity test and MIC were used.Results A selective medium(PPSM) and its selective b roth(PP broth) for Pasteurella pneumotropica were devel oped.After incubation o n PPSM at 37℃ for 48 hr,P.pneumotropica formed speci al colony about 1mm in dia meter which was convex,damp,grey or black with the luster of metals.Its inhi bitory rate to Staphylococcus epidermidis and E .coli was 100%,to Proteus sp wa s 76%,and the characteristic swarming growth was inhibited.After incubation in PP broth,PPSM made the positive rate of feces from SPF mice increased from 0 to 67.2%.Primary culture was almost pure when mice laryngopharyngeal swabs inoculated on PPSM.Conclusion The medium was strongly selective to P.pneumotropica.It could be very easy and correct for the diagnosis of P.pneumotropica without sacrificing animals.
