经γ射线辐照的大三岛脐橙胚状体和愈伤组织增强了耐寒性,表现为在低温下细胞活力明显提高,相对应的半致死温度分别为-4.8℃和-5.9℃,比未辐照处理的降低1.6℃和1.8℃;可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、SOD和CAT活性都有不同程 度的提高。
經γ射線輻照的大三島臍橙胚狀體和愈傷組織增彊瞭耐寒性,錶現為在低溫下細胞活力明顯提高,相對應的半緻死溫度分彆為-4.8℃和-5.9℃,比未輻照處理的降低1.6℃和1.8℃;可溶性糖含量、遊離脯氨痠含量、SOD和CAT活性都有不同程 度的提高。

Exposure to gamma irratiation enhanced the cold tolerance of embryoid and callus in Omishima navel orange, and marked increase of the cell activity under lower temperature was shown. For embryoid and callus, the LT 50 were -4.8℃ and -5.9℃ respectively, 1.6℃ and 1.8℃ lower than those without irratiation respectively. At the same time, the content of soluble suga r , free proline, the activity of SOD and CAT were increased when treated by gamma irratiation.
