目的：对折叠式上颌全口义齿修复效果进行初步评定分析。方法：用改良吸光度法测量常规全口义齿和折叠式上颌全口义齿修复牙列缺失后的咀嚼效能。并计算折叠式上颌全口义齿咀嚼效能占常规全口义齿的百分比。结果：两例病例折叠式上颌全口义齿的咀嚼效能达到常规全口义齿的75%以上。结论：折叠式上颌全口义齿，是一种对小口畸形无牙颌患者较好的修复方法。
목적：대절첩식상합전구의치수복효과진행초보평정분석。방법：용개량흡광도법측량상규전구의치화절첩식상합전구의치수복아렬결실후적저작효능。병계산절첩식상합전구의치저작효능점상규전구의치적백분비。결과：량례병례절첩식상합전구의치적저작효능체도상규전구의치적75%이상。결론：절첩식상합전구의치，시일충대소구기형무아합환자교호적수복방법。
Objective:To evaluate the masticatory function of the collapsiblecomplete denture.Method:A modified light-absorptivity method was used to determine masticatory efficiency of these two dentures after patients were restored a collapsible complete denture and a regular complete denture.A comparison of the masticatory efficiency between collapsible complete denture and conventional complete denture was made.Result:The masticatory efficiency of collapsible complete denture was more than 75% of the conventional complete denture.Conclusion:The collaosible complete denture is rather satisfied for the treatment of an edentulous patient with microstomia.
