以LKB-2277生物活性监测系统研究了细菌生 长热谱图的影响因素。结果表明,测量温度、培养基、测量方法及供氧状况明显影响细菌生 长热谱图的形状,而菌液浓度和存放时间对热谱的影响较小。因此,要从细菌生长热谱中获 得细菌代谢的准确信息,必须研究测定的条件。
以LKB-2277生物活性鑑測繫統研究瞭細菌生 長熱譜圖的影響因素。結果錶明,測量溫度、培養基、測量方法及供氧狀況明顯影響細菌生 長熱譜圖的形狀,而菌液濃度和存放時間對熱譜的影響較小。因此,要從細菌生長熱譜中穫 得細菌代謝的準確信息,必鬚研究測定的條件。

The influencing factors of the growth thermograms of bacteria (TGB) were studied using microcalorimetry.The results showed that temp eratures, the media and the methods of experiment could influence TGB obviously , and that the concentration and length of preservation of bacteria had little influences on TGB.Therefore,to take TGB as “finger print” of bacteria in the classification of bacteria,maintaining the same condition was necessary.
