运用调查法、访谈法等，研究了影响大学生体育选修课选项的四个因素．发现实用、新颖、学分、健美效果是学生选项时优先考虑的因素．教师的素质、教学管理、场地器材是重要的影响因素．选修课的内容设置不能完全满足学生的选项愿望，以及极少数学生参加选修的目的、动机不正确是存在的主要问题．并针对这些问题，提出一些可行性建议．

Based on informations obtained through investigation and interview，this paper analyses four factors which may influence the item-selecting of P.E. as a selective course by college students. It holds that practicality，originality，being credit-related and bodybuilding-related are the factor which students give priority to in item-selecting，while quality of the teacher，teaching administration，and sports ground and apparatus are also important factors. It points out that the existing main problem includes unsatisfying contents of the course itself and impure motives of some students，to which some practicable solutions are suggested.
