探讨多种类型皮瓣在深度烧伤创面上应用。方法:观察皮瓣下感染、出血和皮瓣动静脉危象及其所修复部位的功能,分析皮瓣应用的种类、时机。结果:本组61例(76例次),所用15种皮瓣全部成活率为84.21%(64/76);术后皮瓣下感染8例,出血3例,发生动脉危象10例。皮瓣成活率为60%(6/10);发生静脉危象4例,全部成活率为0;晚期病例修复后73.21%功能要进行重建。结论:皮瓣与肌皮瓣修复深度烧伤创面具有较好的疗效。皮瓣修复晚期功能部位创面,多数病例功能恢复差。

탐토다충류형피판재심도소상창면상응용。방법:관찰피판하감염、출혈화피판동정맥위상급기소수복부위적공능,분석피판응용적충류、시궤。결과:본조61례(76례차),소용15충피판전부성활솔위84.21%(64/76);술후피판하감염8례,출혈3례,발생동맥위상10례。피판성활솔위60%(6/10);발생정맥위상4례,전부성활솔위0;만기병례수복후73.21%공능요진행중건。결론:피판여기피판수복심도소상창면구유교호적료효。피판수복만기공능부위창면,다수병례공능회복차。
To evaluate the effect of various surgical flaps on transplanting in deep burn. Methods:The full survival rate, complication and postoperative function of 76 surgical flaps of 15 kinds in 61 patients were observed. The applicable opportunity and kinds of flap were analyzed. Results: The full survival rate of 76 surgical flaps was 84.21%. Among which, there were 8 infection and 3 bleeding below the flaps, 10 artery and 4 vain crises of the flaps. Conclusions: The application of skin and myocutaneous flap grafting had therapeutic effects on deep bum. A majority of the patients with advanced deep bum required a secondarily functional reconstruction.Key words: surgical flap; transplantation; deep burn; repair
substantial in all the specimens, and the longer was the period, the greater appeared the degree of fibrovascularization. PLGA membrane was absorbed at 8 weeks after implantation. There were no postoperative infection, no exposure and exclusure of implants. Conclusion: Host fibrovascularization of PLGA-membrane-wraped hydroxyapatite implants in the rabbit appeared to be the same as that of donor sclera-wraped ones. PLGA membrane is an acceptable alternative wrap for the hydroxyapatite implant, eliminating the need for donor sclera and the potential risks of transmissible diseases involved in using donor tissue.
