常见的电化学气体传感器就其工作状态而言,大多属稳态类型,功能单一,传感器性能的提高受到“稳态”的制约.本文根据薄层电化学原理,提出并建立了一类全新的暂态电化学多组份气体传感器——多孔薄层电极库仑型气体传感器.这类以多孔薄层气体电极为核心元件构成的库仑型气体传感器,既有检测多种气体组份的功能,又有响应快、灵敏度高、低温度效应等优异性能.
常見的電化學氣體傳感器就其工作狀態而言,大多屬穩態類型,功能單一,傳感器性能的提高受到“穩態”的製約.本文根據薄層電化學原理,提齣併建立瞭一類全新的暫態電化學多組份氣體傳感器——多孔薄層電極庫崙型氣體傳感器.這類以多孔薄層氣體電極為覈心元件構成的庫崙型氣體傳感器,既有檢測多種氣體組份的功能,又有響應快、靈敏度高、低溫度效應等優異性能.

The currently popular electrochemical gas sensors are mostly steady with regard to their operating state. As a result, the further improvement of sensor characteristics is restricted by such a “steady state”. Based on the thin-layer electrochemistry principle, a kind of allnew transient electrochemical multi-component gas sensor--“porous thin-layer electrode coulometric gas sensor” has been designed and constructed with a hydrophobic thin-layer gasd iff using electrode. The response of such gas sensors is a transient peaked current signal, and the total amount of charge consumed in the exhaustive electrolysis of a solution confined in the thin layer is proportional to the concentration of the species monitored. As compared with conventional steady electrochemical gas sensors, the transient electrochemical multi-component gas sensors exhibited fast sampling rate, lower temperature coefficient of the calibration curves,higher sensitivity and good stability, as illustrated by the case of detection of anaesthetic ()2+N2O gas mixtures.
