结合油田生产实际,探讨了电压跟踪负载变化的调压节能控制系统.通过检测电机电压与电流之间的相位差变化作为控制信号,控制晶闸管的导通角,从而改变电机的工作电压.使电动机的端电压根据负载变化而变化,实现与负载理想匹配,达到低损耗,高效率节约电能的目的.

In this paper,we combine the oil field production circumstances and investigate the variable voltage energy-saving control system that the variable voltage trace the changes of the load.Through measuring the change of phase angle between voltage and current to become the controlling signal.We control the flow angle of the crystal thyratron,hence this changes working voltage of the motor.It makes the variable voltage to change according to the changes of the load,to bring about the ideal matching with the load,to attain the objective of saving on electric energy with the low wastage and the high efficiency.
