由于RCS随照射姿态异常分布和地物遮蔽等影响,常规雷达探测这些目标的点迹将出现断续.数据处理系统用传统方法判断断续点迹是否关联的难度增大,航迹起始率低,且容易漏情.结合目标的运动特性,提出一种适用于断续点迹条件下雷达网航迹起始的速度模糊聚类法.实验表明,该算法航迹起始成功率高、虚假航迹占有率低、运算实时性显著提高.

The plots of a stealthy or low attitude target from conventional radars may be fragmental because of the transformative RCS or the shield of landmark. Associating with the fragmentary plots in classical methods is difficult, and can only get low correct rate, and bear the risk of losing targets. A novel track initiation method based on velocity fuzzy clustering (VFCTI) is proposed. Experiments show that the proposed method can initiate almost all tracks (98.37%) from fragmentary plots, and go with thin false tracks (3.09%), and run in shortest time (0.952 2 s).
