通过引入弱酸对磷酸盐粘结剂进行改性,考察改性后磷酸盐粘结剂的稳定性和自硬砂的性能.试验结果表明,改性后的磷酸盐粘结剂具有好的稳定性;自硬砂具有极低的残留强度;柠檬酸改性可以显著提高型砂抗拉强度,同时在一定程度上延长脱模时间.
通過引入弱痠對燐痠鹽粘結劑進行改性,攷察改性後燐痠鹽粘結劑的穩定性和自硬砂的性能.試驗結果錶明,改性後的燐痠鹽粘結劑具有好的穩定性;自硬砂具有極低的殘留彊度;檸檬痠改性可以顯著提高型砂抗拉彊度,同時在一定程度上延長脫模時間.

The modification of phosphate binder by weak acid was stuided in this paper. Stability of modified phosphate binder and properties of phosphate binded no-bake sand were investigated. The results show that phosphate binder modified by citric acid has good stability and the phosphate binded no-bake sand has very low residual strength. The addtion of citric into the phosphate binder improved the tensile strength of sand mould obviously and prolonged the stripping time to some extent.
