研究了胡杨的组织培养,筛选出最适合胡杨组织培养的培养基配方:分化培养基为MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L,分化率达76.4%;继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+KT0.5mg/L,而以1/2MS为基本培养基,添加0.2mg/L的IBA有利于胡杨组培苗生根,生根率达到了85%.
