以湖南烟区主栽烤烟品种云烟87为材料,测定了3个等级(B2F、C3F和X2F),共计119份样品的焦油含量和主要化学成分,采用相关分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析等方法分析了焦油含量与化学成分的相互关系.结果表明,烟碱、总氮与焦油呈极显著的正相关,总糖、还原糖、钾与焦油呈极显著的负相关;各化学成分对焦油的直接作用按大小顺序为:烟碱>总糖>钾>总氮>氯>还原糖,烟碱对焦油的影响主要取决于直接作用,还原糖和总氮对焦油的影响主要取决于间接作用,总糖和钾对焦油不但有较强的直接影响,而且还辅助其他性状对焦油产生较大的间接作用;总糖、总氮、钾、还原糖主要通过烟碱对烤烟焦油量起间接作用;烤烟化学成分与焦油的多元回归方程:y_(焦油)=3.240 +3.674xh_(总糖)+0.173x_(烟碱)-0.956x_钾.

Totally 119 samples with 3 grade (B2F, C3F, X2F) of Yunyan87, a flue - cured tobacco cultivar widely planted in main tobacco growing areas of Hunan Province, were selected to determine their chemical com-ponents and tar and to analyze the relationship between chemical components and tar by correlation analysis, path analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that the tar had extremely significant positive correlation with nicotine and total nitrogen, had extremely significant negative correlation with total sugar, reducing sugar and potas-sium. The order of the chemical components in terms of direct effect on tar were rucotine > total sugar > potassium >total nitrogen > chlorine > reducing sugar. The effect of nicotine on tar was mainly indirect. The effect of reducingsugar and total nitrogen on tar was mainly direct. The effect of total sugar and potassium on tar was not only more di-rect but also more indirect. Total sugar, educing sugar, total nitrogen and potassium had some indirect effects on tar by nicotine.
