The behavior of mosquitoes is significantly reliant on the olfaction, which plays an extremely important role in survival and reproduction of mosquitoes. Mosquito olfactory system is mainly composed of odorant-binding proteins( OBPs), odorant receptors(Ors) and relevant neurons. This paper reviewed the recent studies on OBPs and Ors of mosquitoes.
