报道了使用水热法和熔盐法的KTP对Nd:GdVO4晶体倍频绿光的对比研究.通过理论计算和实验的方法,得出水热法KTP倍频效率与温度的关系,在实验中,当抽运功率为7.5W时,水热法与熔盐法KTP倍频的Nd:GdVO4激光器输出绿光功率分别为1.22W、0.89W,光-光转换效率为16.1%、11.9%.从实验结果中,得到两种生长方式KTP晶体的一些性能差异,为以后的研究提供一些参考.

The contrastive study of green laser with LD-pumped Nd:GdVO4 crystal , hydrothermal and flux grown KTP intracavity frequency doubling was first reported in the paper.The relation of doubled efficiency and temperature of two KTP was known by calculation and experiment, with 7.5W pumped power, TEM00 mode green laser at 532nm of 1.22W and 0.89W, the light-light conversion efficiency are 16.1% and 11.9%.From the result of the experiment, some different performances of hydrothermal and flux grown KTP have been gotten.These results can offer some references to future researches.
