[目的]为建立白木香 (Aquilaria sinensis)细胞悬浮培养的结构化动力学模型和次生代谢产物的生产提供参考资料.[方法]以白木香愈伤组织为材料,应用正交设计对植物生长调节剂种类、浓度以及水解酪蛋白的含量进行了筛选,并对影响其生长的不同因子进行了考察.[结果]适合白木香细胞悬浮培养的培养基为:MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 1.0 mg/L NAA + 1.0 mg/L KT+ 500 0 mg/L水解酪蛋白,蔗糖含量为40 g/L, pH值为5.3~5.8,初始接种量为6 ml种子液/20 ml,肌醇含量为0.25 g/L.[结论]初步建立了一个细胞生长迅速且分散性较好的白木香细胞悬浮系.

[ Objective ] This study aimed to provide references for the establishment of structural dynamic model and production of secondary metabolites in the cell suspension culture of Aquilaria sinensis. [ Method ] The callus of A. sinensis was selected as materials, and the effects of different factors were studied by orthogonal design method in the cell suspension culture. These factors included species and concentration of different plant growth regulators, and the content of hydrolysis of casein. [ Result ] The results showed that the optimal media for A. sinensis cell suspension culture was MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L NAA, 1.0 mg/L6-BA, and 1.0 mg/L KT, additional hydrolysis of casein was 500 mg/L ,sugar content was 40 g/L. Maintaining the pH value at the range over 5.3 to 5.8, the initial inoculation was 6 ml seed liquid/20 ml, inositol content was 0.25 g/L. [ Conclusion] An A. sinensis suspension cell culture was preliminarily established, in which the cell grew rapidly and highly dispersed.
